Job summary

ERC Hospitality - Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in Denver, CO is seeking a Team Member to join our Operations team. You will help prepare signature items, maintain a clean, welcoming dining room, and deliver genuine hospitality to every guest.

This position may train as Coldline or Hotline and cross-train in both areas; you must be 16+ and able to lift 50 pounds, stand long hours, multitask, and follow food safety guidelines.

Team Members may be trained to specialize as a Coldline or Hotline Team Member, with opportunities to become cross‑trained in both areas. No matter the role, all duties are carried out with teamwork and a shared commitment to delivering a great guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service through a positive attitude, order accuracy and hospitality.
• Prepare and serve exceptional steakburgers, custard, etc.
• Maintain dependable attendance, adherence to policy and procedure.
