Metz Culinary Management is growing and has openings for Rock Star Cooks in a busy commercial kitchen and café operations in Mechanicsburg, PA. We offer both full and part-time roles with opportunities for growth.

Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus, assist with inventory, prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable inventories, with training provided. We value teamwork and a positive, hospitality-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or culinary schooling preferred; willing to train the right person with a passion for food.
• Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics to inventory and portioning.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and contribute wherever needed.

LINE AND PREP COOKS:

Prepare and present DELICIOUS meals and IMPRESSIVE presentations following our Executive Chef Menus.Ability to inventory and portion ingredients.Additionally, assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation.
