• Direct accountability for managers, budgets, complex projects, and measurable results.
• Evidence of improving and scaling operations in a growth environment.
• Strong financial judgment using job costs, gross margins, budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement and execution with clear priorities and ownership.
• Strengthen project delivery, capacity, scheduling, and backlogs management.
• Build and develop the Operations team with defined roles and performance standards.
• Modernize systems, processes and reporting for consistent daily use.
• Improve operational financial performance via budgeting, costs and margins.
• Protect quality, safety and homeowner experience with standardized practices.
