Job summary

Confidential Executive Search is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead National Operations and Product Fulfillment for a PE-backed home-remodeling franchisor. The role reports to the CEO with 7 direct reports and oversees manufacturing, distribution, sourcing, and store operations across 40+ states.

The candidate will drive operating standards, governance, and franchise support while delivering strong P&L results and margin improvements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership at VP level or above.
• Direct multi-unit leadership with P&L accountability for revenue, labor, cost, quality.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, cadence, performance targets for two business units and report results to CEO/board.
• Own operating standards from in-home consultation through contract, project planning, installation, and final payment.
