This hands-on leader will turn the CEO’s vision into daily execution, lead daily sales meetings, coach on-floor performance, build scalable systems, and develop future managers to drive sustainable expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and ensure execution of the CEO's vision.
• Lead daily morning sales meetings and set daily objectives.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and coach staff.
• Develop training programs and identify future managers.
• Define KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and manage talent.
• Drive recruiting, onboarding, and team growth to scale the business.
• Align departments to grow headcount, revenue, and profitability.
