COO Opportunity at Top Residential Home Renovation Company- Phoenix AZ

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees. They are the nation's largest Home Remodeling/Renovation franchise with 140 franchise units and ideally looking for someone from a similar business or any business that has regenerating consumer leads and experience maximizing margin.

This COO will oversee 4 corporate stores.

They are PE-backed and are doing very well!

Compensation

Compensation is around $300-350K on base + strong bonus + equity

This role will be on site in Phoenix, Arizona!
