Qualifications

• Experience as COO or Operations Director (5+ years).
• The role requires 2+ years in cryptocurrency/Bitcoin mining.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Marketing functions.
• Hands-on fundraising, strategic planning and business development experience.
• Proficient data analysis and KPI interpretation.
• IT and business infrastructure familiarity.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal capabilities.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and process management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the business.
