Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with conveyors and automation systems.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical failures in field settings.
• Ability to translate complex systems into practical training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training to maintenance and operations teams on conveyors and controls.
• Teach preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Break down mechanical/electrical systems into usable training modules.
• Train on drives, motors, bearings, belts, and gearboxes.
• Support PLC systems training and troubleshooting workflows.
• Coordinate vendor-led trainings and maintain training documentation.
• Track sessions and continuously improve content.
