Performance Team is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve conveyor systems and material handling equipment in a warehouse and distribution environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with conveyors and industrial equipment, can independently perform routine troubleshooting and repairs, and is committed to maintaining a safe, efficient operation while collaborating with Operations and other maintenance staff for continuous improvement.
