Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair conveyor systems and material handling equipment in a warehouse setting. The role requires hands‑on experience with conveyors and the ability to perform routine troubleshooting while ensuring safety and uptime.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment inspection, lubrication, and documentation of repairs and parts. The position may require overtime and weekend shifts based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, distribution or related roles.
• Experience with conveyor systems and related components (bearings, belts, motors, gearboxes).
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools; basic computer documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect equipment for wear and misalignment.
• Document work orders, repairs and parts used; support equipment reliability initiatives.
