Job summary

Performance Team in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair conveyor systems in a warehouse/distribution setting. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

The ideal candidate has hands-on conveyor and equipment experience, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work with maintenance staff and Operations. This role requires overtime/weekend scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in industrial maintenance or similar environment.
• Hands-on conveyor system experience and equipment knowledge.
• Basic electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors and material handling gear.
• Diagnose bearings, belts, rollers, chains, sprockets, motors, gearboxes.
• Assist with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic issues as needed.
• Inspect operation and identify faults; replace defective parts.
• Test after repairs to ensure safe operation; document results.
• Assist installation/modification of conveyors; support PM activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and report issues to leadership.
