Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair conveyor systems and related equipment in a warehouse environment in Stockton, CA. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in industrial maintenance, hands-on experience with conveyors, and the ability to document work electronically. Standard shifts run 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime as

Qualifications

1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in warehouse/distribution environments.
Experience with conveyor systems including bearings, belts/chains, motors and gearboxes.
Able to use hand and power tools safely and document work electronically.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules; inspect for wear and misalignment.
Support maintenance of dock equipment, fans, air compressors, and facility systems.
Document labor hours, repairs, and parts used; report findings to leadership.
Follow OSHA/LOTO procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
