Job summary

Performance Team in Stockton, CA seeks an experienced Technical Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair conveyor systems and material handling equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires 4+ years of industrial maintenance, strong knowledge of conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, VFDs, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting and repairing conveyor systems.
• Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, and rollers.
• Proficient with electrical systems, VFDs, and control schematics.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Experience with diagnostic tools such as multimeters.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on material handling equipment.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, sortation equipment, gearboxes, motors, VFDs, sensors, and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to identify wear and reliability improvements.
• Read electrical schematics and coordinate with PLC/control systems when needed.
• Document maintenance work in the CMMS and manage parts inventory.
