Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to service conveyor systems and material handling equipment in a warehouse environment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of industrial maintenance, hands-on experience with conveyors, bearings, belts, motors, and basic pneumatics/hydraulics, plus the ability to document work electronically and work safely.

Qualifications

1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience with conveyor systems: bearings, belts/chains, motors/gearboxes, rollers/conveyors.
Basic pneumatics & hydraulics knowledge.
Ability to safely use hand/power tools and document work electronically.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance per schedules; inspect wear and misalignment; lubricate and replace components.
Support maintenance of dock equipment, fans, air compressors, and facility systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders; communicate status to leadership.
Follow OSHA, LOTO, machine guarding and PPE requirements; maintain a clean, safe workplace.
