Job summary

Sotera Health is hiring an Operator to coordinate conveyor activities and manage load/unload stations at our Ohio facility. You will prepare dosimeters, operate the reader, and ensure accurate data entry under supervision.

Experience with forklift operation and basic math is preferred, with a commitment to safety and following procedures to support sterilization processes. Training and certifications will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities on the conveyor by organizing work orders at load/unload stations.
• Load and unload product into totes/through sterilization equipment.
• Prepare dosimeters for work orders and operate the dosimeter reader.
• Record input, dosimeter and unload data in the system.
• Assist with safety procedures and report system problems to supervisors.
