Brice Equipment, LLC in Arizona seeks an Industrial Program Foreman to lead field crews performing conveyor maintenance, belt installation, splicing, rubber repair, and related services across mining, industrial and construction environments. You will supervise crews, coordinate resources, ensure safety and quality, and serve as the primary client contact to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Competenze
- Five+ years of experience in conveyor belting or heavy industrial maintenance.
- Experience with vulcanized and mechanical belt splicing.
- Knowledge of MSHA/OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
- Ability to read technical drawings and splice procedures.
- Experience leading field crews and supervising technicians.
Mansioni
- Lead field crews on maintenance and conveyor projects.
- Coordinate daily tasks, equipment, and materials with supervision.
- Perform belt installation, splicing, tracking, and tensioning.
- Inspect for belt damage, mistracking, and wear patterns.
- Ensure safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance.
- Document field activity and communication with clients.
