Qualifications

• Knowledge of conveyor belt systems and splicing methods.
• Experience supervising field crews in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of MSHA/OSHA regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews performing preventative maintenance and conveyor work.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and tools to support schedules.
• Ensure safety standards and quality policies are enforced on site.
• Mentor technicians and communicate progress to supervisors and clients.
