Job summary

Brice Equipment LLC is recruiting for an Industrial Program Services Technician II to support belt installation, maintenance, and splicing in Arizona. You will work under the lead splicer to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of material handling systems.

The role requires hands-on work, tool prep, and strict adherence to safety policies. Opportunities to grow into a full splicer and to travel for project support are anticipated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years of conveyor belting or related industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to meet requirements for industrial or mining sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard conveyor belt splicing, repairs, and installations.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on belting and rubber systems.
• Provide on-site support during shutdowns and emergency maintenance.
• Mentor Level I Technicians in safe work practices and technical skills.
• Communicate needs, issues, or hazards to the lead splicer immediately.
