• Measure, cut, grind, buff, and skive belt materials.
• Setup and breakdown vulcanizing equipment and work areas.
• Support vulcanized splice processes under supervision.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Follow belt installation procedures including tracking and tensioning.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; perform QA/QC checks.
