Job summary

Brice Equipment, LLC seeks an Industrial Services Foreman to lead field crews performing maintenance across mining, industrial, oil & gas, and construction settings. You will coordinate daily tasks, mentor technicians, and serve as the primary field contact with clients while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will work hands-on with belts and related equipment, oversee schedules, document field activities, and ensure projects meet client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years in conveyor belting, process maintenance or heavy industrial maintenance preferred.
• MSHA Part 46/48, OSHA 10/30, fall protection and lockout/tagout training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field crews performing preventative maintenance and conveyor work.
• supervise maintenance mechanics, technicians, and field personnel.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on site.
