Job summary

Brice Equipment, LLC is seeking an Industrial Program Foreman to lead field crews performing conveyor maintenance, splicing, and rubber repair across mining, industrial, oil & gas, and construction sites. You will coordinate daily tasks, ensure safety compliance, mentor technicians, and serve as the primary client contact while balancing hands-on field work with supervision.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years of experience in conveyor belting or heavy industrial maintenance preferred.
Experience with vulcanized and mechanical belt splicing is required.
Familiarity with MSHA/OSHA regulations and lockout/tagout procedures preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to work at client sites.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate field crews performing preventative maintenance on conveyors and belt systems.
Install conveyor components, splice belts, and perform repairs as needed.
Troubleshoot failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on all projects.
Maintain field documentation including JHAs, splice reports and daily logs.
Mentor technicians and coordinate manpower, materials, and tools for projects.
Represent the company professionally with clients and maintain positive relationships.
