Job summary

Compass is seeking a Performance Advisor in San Francisco to drive agent conversion through coaching, data analysis, and accountability, turning demand into closed deals across the consumer lifecycle.

You will partner with agents and field leadership to improve tool adoption, monitor performance, and deliver targeted coaching that aligns with program standards and revenue growth. This is an in-office role offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

5+ years in real estate, proptech, or marketplace sales performance roles.
Deep understanding of residential transaction flow and agent workflows.
Proven experience coaching or managing performance of sales professionals.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
Excellent communicator with ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

Partner directly with agents to improve performance across the full conversion funnel.
Provide direct, actionable coaching based on real performance data.
Reinforce consistent execution of the performance frameworks.
