Qualifications

• Active Missouri real estate broker license.
• Minimum 5 years of residential real estate transaction experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Approve all documents in Transaction Manager for assigned offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review and authorize form modifications as needed for transactions.
• Manage contract changes and communicate clearly with agents to resolve discrepancies and corrections.
• Respond to agent inquiries on transactions, contracts, and representation.
• Track and document all agent interactions to support service improvement.
• Conduct in-office and virtual training sessions on transaction processes, contract management, and coaching.
• Present content and field Q&A at sales meetings to support agent understanding.
• Coordinate responses and risk mitigation with Missouri Real Estate Commission and legal bodies.
• Collaborate with leadership to share best practices and foster a positive workplace culture.
