Armstrong Group is seeking an Acquisition Marketing Manager, Demand Capture to own the full online funnel—from discovery to installed subscribers. You will optimize SEO, paid search, and on-site experiences to maximize new subscribers and conversion.

You will collaborate with marketing operations to define qualified leads, analyze CAC, and iterate with AI-enabled personalization. This role demands a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset in a family-owned environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in conversion-rate optimization, website or growth marketing, ideally in telecom or subscription businesses.
• Hands-on CRO across A/B testing, checkout optimization, and landing-page performance.
• Strong understanding of UX, landing-page optimization, and conversion-rate principles.
• Working knowledge of SEO and AI-driven discovery to in-market demand.

Aufgaben

• Own the .com experience end-to-end from landing to completed order.
• Own discovery (SEO/AEO/GEO) and coordinate content with stakeholders.
• Own paid search from branded queries to high-intent comparisons.
• Own serviceability & address qualification and lead conversion paths.
• Optimize checkout with continuous experimentation and testing.
• Own consideration content, plan comparisons, and proof points.
• Recover carts and quotes with targeted on-site experiences.
• Drive call conversion and optimize click-to-call pathways.
• Convert qualified leads to installed subscribers and track impact.
• Tailor journeys across segments and maintain end-to-end funnel data.
