Job summary

Marvin is hiring a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor in Fargo, ND to lead, mentor, and coordinate the Controls Technicians while continuing to perform controls work. You’ll partner with SCADA, PLC, and database specialists to design, install, and test automation systems, manage projects to deadlines, and build a collaborative, ownership‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training in manufacturing environment.
• Project management skills and ability to meet established timelines.
• Strong communication, training and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work.
• Coordinate with Automation Systems, Maintenance, Information Systems, and Operations.
• Research, install, and test automation control systems to improve efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues.
• Manage projects and timelines through completion with end-user training.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure equipment and wiring meet Marvin standards.
