Qualifications

• Four‑year degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading a Controls team in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing controls work with cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor and coordinate Controls Technicians to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with SCADA, IT, and Operations to integrate automated equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and programming issues and implement preventive measures.
• Manage projects and timelines, guiding end‑user training and handoffs.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure equipment aligns with Marvin specs.
