Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor to lead the Controls group while continuing hands-on work on automation systems. You will mentor technicians, coordinate projects, and partner with SCADA, database, and PLC specialists to deliver sophisticated manufacturing equipment.

Relocation to Fargo, ND may be available with Marvin's extensive relocation benefits. You will drive efficiency, manage timelines, and foster ownership within the team while maintaining strong vendor relations.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of manufacturing software including ICIM and MS Office.
Experience with PLC and operator interface programming languages.
Familiarity with networking technologies and hardware.
Knowledge of SCADA, automation control systems, and related components.
Knowledge of data communication protocols and Windows/Unix/Linux.

Responsibilities

Lead Controls team while continuing to perform controls work and coordinate projects.
Mentor technicians, plan work, balance workloads, and delegate assignments.
Research, install, and test automation control systems to improve efficiency.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and programming issues and suggest improvements.
Manage projects to completion and provide end-user training.
