JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Control Manager Associate in the Chase Branded and CoBrand Credit Card Controls team. You will help govern and strengthen the control environment, perform top-down risk analysis, monitor real-time issues, and drive remediation to protect the business and customers.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk, leveraging data analytics and technology to design forward-looking control strategies, lead initiatives, and guide stakeholders

Formación

• 7+ years in financial services, controls/audit/risk management.
• Deep regulatory knowledge and risk-management practice training.

Responsabilidades

• Spearhead design and execution of forward-thinking control strategies to identify and neutralize risks.
• Harness data analytics, automation, and technology to meet business needs and improve control environment.
• Partner with CoBrand Product and Partner channel teams to assess and strengthen controls for data transfers and product capabilities.
• Lead anti-fraud and cybersecurity initiatives to fortify operations against threats.
• Inspire and guide a diverse team toward innovation, operational excellence, and strategic alignment.
• Forge strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to uphold integrity and achieve milestones.
