Job summary

Bray International is seeking a Technical Sales Representative - Controls to drive growth in the HVAC/Automatic Temperature Control markets across Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. The role involves prospecting, establishing new customer relationships, and managing sales within the defined territory, including frequent travel.

The candidate should have an engineering or business background, outside sales experience in industrial settings, and a strong understanding of fluid handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires outside sales experience in industrial markets.
• Solid understanding of valves, actuators, and flow control equipment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities.
• Residency: Ohio or Western PA (Pittsburgh/Erie) and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote Bray's full product range to customers in the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Visit customer sites to understand processes and propose Bray solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through territory/account management.
• Represent Bray at industry events and conferences as required.
