Job summary

C&C Group in Wichita, KS is seeking a Controls Sales Account Executive to deliver customer solutions, maximize account penetration and sustain long-term relationships. You will identify opportunities, nurture key stakeholders such as Facility Managers, Project Managers and Purchasing teams, and coordinate with internal resources to prepare quotes for repairs, system upgrades and energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background investigation required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to maximize retention.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities and coordinate internal resources.
• Assign and collaborate with sales team members and ensure clear next steps.
• Build relationships with Facility Managers, Project Managers and Purchasing teams.
• Create and execute account plans to support profitable partnerships.
• Prepare quotes for repairs, upgrades, energy solutions and service agreements.
• Follow up with customers to secure renewals of service contracts.
• Utilize HVAC controls knowledge to position solutions and services.
