We are hiring a Fire Sales Account Executive for our Lenexa office to provide customer solutions and grow key accounts.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent problem solver, client-centered, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer solutions while maximizing account penetration and maintaining long‑term customer relationships.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships and maximize customer retention with business accounts.
• Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and communicating next steps.
• Develop relationships with buying influences in the customer’s organization (Facility Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineers, Purchasing).
• Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to secure renewal of service contracts.
• Provide account reports, quotes for repairs and energy solutions, and identify responsible parties for renewals.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer solutions while maximizing account penetration and maintaining long‑term customer relationships.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships and maximize customer retention with business accounts.
• Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process.
• Develop multiple relationships with buying influences in the customer’s organization, including Facility Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineers, and Purchasing.
• Develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long‑term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership.
• Provide account business reports, quotes for repairs, change outs, and energy solutions including quotes for time and material as well as fixed price services and contact responsible parties for purposes of securing renewal of service contracts.
• Demonstrated experience in PC's, networks, databases, and operating systems.
