Qualifications

3+ years in automated controls within manufacturing environments.
Experience designing automation control systems (PLC/SCADA).
Understanding of engineering documentation and control panel design (UL508A).
Knowledge of instrumentation and controls (I&C).
Willingness to travel 30%–70% for project requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop automation solutions across design, configuration, testing, commissioning, and start‑up of automated manufacturing processes.
Design automation control systems and create project drawings to meet client requirements.
Diagnose automation problems and interface with teams, clients, and vendors.
Configure software and hardware according to client specifications.
Program PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Rockwell) and various HMI/SCADA platforms.
Manage project deliverables, schedules, and site start‑up and turnover.
