Zusammenfassung

Barry-Wehmiller BW Design Group in Portland, OR and Boise, ID is seeking a Controls Engineer II to design, implement, and start up automated control systems for manufacturing clients. You will work with clients and teams to deliver safe, reliable, and scalable automation solutions.

Responsibilities include PLC/SCADA programming (Allen-Bradley, Rockwell, FactoryTalk, Cimplicity, Wonderware, Ignition), control panel design, instrumentation, and site commissioning. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifikationen

3+ years of direct controls engineering experience.
Experience with PLC and SCADA system design.
Experience with electrical control panel design and fabrication.
Experience with instrumentation and controls; engineering documentation such as P&IDs.
Willingness to travel for project requirements.

Aufgaben

Develop and implement automation solutions for capital projects.
Program PLCs and HMI/SCADA systems.
Design control panels and project documentation.
Configure software and hardware per specs.
Coordinate site construction, installation, startup support.
Validate and commission facility systems.
Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
