Qualifications

Strong hands-on controls experience.
Experience with CNC machine controls or automated assembly systems.
Background in field service, commissioning, or troubleshooting.
Willingness to travel extensively across the USA.
Ability to work independently at customer locations.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and support-based CNC and automated assembly equipment.
Perform PLC software modifications, machine upgrades, and system integration.
Support commissioning, start-up, fault finding, and diagnostics at customer sites.
Resolve HMI, communication, and machine control issues.
Provide customer-facing service and technical support across the USA.
