Job summary

CSI Metrics, LLC is seeking a capable controls and automation professional to design, program, modernize, and support industrial control systems across Northern and Central California, focusing on municipal water infrastructure and related industries.

The role involves PLC/HMI/SCADA work, field commissioning, and travel to client sites. 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime and remote work possible with approval.

Qualifications

• Three to eight years of relevant controls or systems-integration experience, or equivalent demonstrated capacity.
• Ability to approach industrial systems methodically, write and troubleshoot control logic, and make sound equipment decisions.
• Experience with Rockwell ControlLogix/CompactLogix and Schneider PLCs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, modernize, and support industrial control systems.
• Perform field testing, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting.
• Review P&IDs, electrical drawings, and existing control logic; work with multi-platform environments.
