Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking a Controls Engineer to design and support SCADA-based control systems for industrial facilities. This role includes system design from concept through startup and occasional regional travel (up to ~20%, likely less).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in instrumentation and controls design.
• PLC programming experience.
• Experience with water/wastewater or liquid-processing industries (chemical, food, pharmaceutical, refinery, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design instrumentation and control systems, including control panels and SCADA.
• Program and integrate PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Modicon, GE Fanuc).
• Develop HMI/SCADA graphics.
• Design control panels using AutoCAD and prepare submittals.
• Apply instrumentation for level, flow, analytical, and pressure measurement.
• Coordinate with consulting engineers and support system startup.
