Job summary

Qualifications

• Commercial/Industrial controls sales experience.
• Knowledge of controls equipment and building automation systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for Commercial and Industrial markets.
• Identify sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Build relationships with owners, facility managers, project managers, and others to enable sales success.
• Conduct sales interviews to determine client needs and qualify opportunities.
• Survey mechanical systems, including controls and building automation.
• Prepare solutions estimates, proposals, and presentations.
• Aggressively manage proposals to close sales and maintain backlog to hit annual targets.
• Provide management with required sales reporting.
