• Commercial/Industrial controls sales experience required.
• Strong knowledge of controls equipment systems and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for Commercial and Industrial markets.
• Identify sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Build relationships with owners, facility managers, project managers and others to drive sales.
• Conduct sales interviews to determine client needs and qualify opportunities.
• Survey mechanical systems including controls and building automation.
• Prepare estimates, proposals and presentations; manage proposals to close sales.
• Maintain annual backlog to meet bookings goals; achieve sales targets.
• Provide management with required sales reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
