LHH is working with a well-known, fast-growing company on a Controller search. This role offers an experienced accounting leader the opportunity to step into a highly visible position within a growing, dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly close, strengthening procedures, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Work closely with FP&A and senior leadership on forecasting, cash planning, and performance insights that directly influence strategic decisions
• Management and optimization of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Own treasury and cash management, including liquidity, bank governance, and a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting for leadership and lenders, including MD&A and addback analysis
• Drive the finance reporting and dashboard strategy, integrating data across financial and payroll systems
• Oversee payroll accounting, reconciliations, and automation initiatives
• Lead and develop the accounting team, scaling processes to support growth and acquisitions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience at the Manager, Director, or Controller level
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system preferred
• Prior experience supporting acquisitions and integration efforts
• Background in midsize, PE-backed organizations and/or public companies
• $175,000 – $200,000 base salary plus a 20% annual bonus
• Hybrid work-from-home flexibility
