LHH is supporting our long time client as they back fill after a promotion. This Controller opportunity will own the full Accounting, Finance, Cost and Controls function for this location as part of a $10B global organization.

Position Title: Controller

Compensation: $160-175K + 30% bonus

• 5% 401k retirement

Reports to: Group Controller

Team Description: Team of 6

Hours/Schedule: 40-50 hours per week, peaks and valleys

This job:

• Full Accounting for 2 manufacturing sites
• Monthly Close, Journal Entries, Reconciliation
• Oversight of A/R processes
• Standard Cost Accounting
• Very involved in Budget, Forecasting, Financial Analysis functions

We are looking for (key requirements/preferences):

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• 9+ years of progressive experience into a similar role
• Manufacturing industry is a must
• Cost Accounting knowledge required
• Variance Analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience
• CPA or CMA is nice to have
