Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a senior finance leader to shape the manufacturing company's financial future from a strategic seat at the table. This role partners with executives to drive cost efficiency and ERP-driven transformation.

You will oversee daily accounting operations, lead budgeting and forecasting, and mentor a Staff Accountant, all while aligning finance with strategic business objectives and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment REQUIRED.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting in a production setting.
• Strong ERP system experience.
• Ability to lead a small team through significant organizational change.

Compensation

• $150,000 base salary (DOE)
