In this senior finance role, you will oversee month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, while mentoring a growing team and shaping financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a controller/finance leadership role.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to develop team members.
• Deep experience with SOX and GAAP compliance in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills to review and interpret financial data.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Operational finance experience with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-visibility role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close process with accurate US GAAP reporting.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
• Develop and manage forecasting and budgeting processes, analyze trends.
• Lead general ledger reconciliations ensuring data integrity.
• Assist in strategic business and disaster planning with leadership.
• Monitor and report on labor, materials, and expenses trends.

Compensation:
$120,000 – $140,000 base salary + Bonus Plan

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting under US GAAP
• Manage and lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
• Develop and manage forecasting and budgeting processes, analyzing trends and financial metrics
