Job summary

ITAC Solutions in Chicago seeks a transformative finance leader to oversee daily accounting operations, partner with senior leadership, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost-improvement initiatives. You will supervise a Staff Accountant and prepare for ERP implementation, shaping finance strategy during a manufacturing transformation.

The role offers executive visibility and a chance to influence company-wide accounting practices under a dynamic leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years of solid accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment REQUIRED.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting in a production setting.
• Strong ERP system experience.
• Ability to lead a small team through significant organizational change.
