Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking an experienced finance leader to drive global financial reporting and close processes in a manufacturing environment. You will own consolidations, foreign entity reconciliations, and US GAAP alignment across locations while partnering with supply chain and operations to improve forecasting, inventory management, and cost controls.

The role requires deep cost and inventory accounting expertise, and hands-on ERP experience, ideally with Great Plains Dynamics.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in accounting or finance, manufacturing or product-based business experience.
  • Strong experience with cost accounting, inventory accounting, COGS and overhead allocation.
  • Experience with consolidations, multi-entity or multi-site reporting, and foreign entity accounting helpful.
  • Strong track record leading audits and internal controls, and financial close processes.
  • Familiar with implementing or upgrading ERP systems and forecasting/budgeting data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global financial reporting, owning or heavily contributing to consolidations and foreign entity reconciliations under US GAAP.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close, audit readiness, and accuracy of financial statements.
  • Manage cost accounting activities including standard vs actual, margin reporting, inventory valuation, and overhead allocation.
  • Help establish or enhance internal controls and policies across sites and functions.
  • Partner with supply chain, operations, and development teams to inform operational decisions with financial insights.
