Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Controller for a PE-backed, multi-site service company in Orange County. This high-impact role will collaborate closely with the CFO to ensure the accounting function operates at a high level and aligns with GAAP requirements.

Responsibilities include refining accounting processes, streamlining policies, overseeing the accounting team, and managing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, audits, and ERP systems.

Randstad is presently conducting a search for a Controller for a PE-Backed / Multi-Site Service company in Orange County. This is a high impact role that will work closely with the CFO and other key stakeholders to ensure the accounting function is operation at a high level. Company has top-notch leadership and friendly staff.

The primary responsibilities in this role will include:

• Refining present accounting and reporting processes to ensure all financials are GAAP compliant
• Streamlining of policies and procedures
• Oversight of operational accounting team to include senior accountant, accounting manager, transactional support staff
• Management of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
• Management of all audit readiness items
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned by executive team
• Management of systems and other relevant ERP Systems

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 15 + years experience, be able to work well in a complex, fast-paced enviornment, CPA License, and top-notch vebal and written communication skills.
