Confidential client seeks a Corporate Controller to lead corporate accounting and financial reporting across a multi-site, PE-backed manufacturing platform. The role partners with the CEO and CFO, shaping finance infrastructure and controls.

This hands-on leader will drive close processes, collaborate with site controllers, and oversee inventory, standard costing, variances, and acquisition accounting in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience including Controller or Assistant Controller roles.
• Strong manufacturing and cost accounting experience in a multi-site environment.
• Experience with inventory, standard costing, manufacturing variances, and consolidated reporting.
• Demonstrated M&A and purchase accounting experience.
• CPA and Big 4 experience strongly preferred.
• PE-backed experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounting and monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities and locations.
• Partner with site Controllers and operations leaders on financial performance and accounting discipline.

• Lead and develop the corporate accounting team.

The Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing, PE-backed manufacturing company with a global multi-site operating footprint.

The company is continuing to scale through organic growth and M&A and is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead corporate accounting and financial reporting while partnering closely with the CEO, CFO, and site finance leadership.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role with significant exposure to M&A, international operations, and finance infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities
