Unity Search is seeking a Corporate Controller for a rapidly growing real estate/retail company with a strong leadership team and reputation within its niche industry. This role offers tremendous growth opportunities, especially as the company expands through acquisitions and organic growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Perform Financial Reporting and Management, including MEC, GL, intercompany, and consolidations.
2. Assist with Process and System implementations.
3. Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
4. Ensure compliance and manage risk.
5. Hire, train, and manage the accounting team as the company grows.
6. Perform other related tasks for the CFO and C-Suite.

Requirements:

1. CPA certification.
2. 7+ years of progressive experience.
3. 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
4. Experience with large public accounting firms and real estate industry preferred.
5. Strong communication skills and a good personality.
