Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and strong knowledge of GAAP. Responsibilities include leading development accounting, financial reporting, and team supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid controller or senior accounting license is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience required.
• Proficiency with Yardi, MRI or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead development accounting for current data center projects.
• Analyze and reforecast development costs.
• Calculate management and incentive fees.
• Manage transition from construction accounting to operational reporting.
• Oversee operational accounting including monthly financial reporting.
• Coordinate with property management on rent and facility fees.
• Supervise and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead development accounting for current data center projects, including setup and maintenance of job cost systems
• Analyze and reforecast development costs; assist with scenario analysis
• Calculate management and incentive fees; review contracts for payment terms and allocations
• Manage seamless transition from construction accounting to operational reporting
• Oversee operational accounting, including monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and variances analysis
• Coordinate with property management on rent, recoveries, and facility fees
• Oversee corporate accounting functions such as month‑end closing and annual audits
• Supervise and develop team members, conducting regular performance reviews

Credentials

• Valid controller or senior accounting license preferred
