Job summary

Jobot is a local nonprofit in Concord, NH seeking an experienced Controller to join our team. The role offers a hybrid work model with full benefits and a salary range of $100,000–$120,000 per year.

The Controller will oversee AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, grants, and budgeting to support our mission-driven organization. A bachelor's degree and 5–10 years in nonprofit or government-funded programs are required.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in non-profit or government funded programs.
• Experience with 45 CFR 200 Cost Principles for Federal Awards, GAAP, grant budgeting and reporting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites / Excel.

Controller:

The Controller serves as a key member of the senior leadership team and will oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger, grants and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years of experience in Non-profit or Government Funded programs (Uniform Grants Environment)
• Experience with 45 CFR 200 Cost Principles for Federal Awards, GAAP, grant budgeting and reporting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites / Excel
