Reworld is seeking a Control Room Operator to lead and direct the facility's operations under the supervision of the shift Supervisor. You will monitor plant systems, respond to alarms, and ensure safety and environmental efficiency while meeting generating requirements.

The role requires understanding boiler, turbine, and auxiliary equipment operations, with field presence during outages and the ability to train others on operating principles. A strong safety culture is essential.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• ASME QRO provisional licensing exam within first year required.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills; able to stay alert for long periods.

Mansioni

• Supervise Operators and direct plant operation safely.
• Monitor plant systems continuously and respond to alarms.
• Train operators on operating principles of power facility systems.
• Support field outages and coordinate shutdown/startup procedures.
• Maintain logs and communicate abnormal conditions.
• Lead during emergencies with clear directions.
